You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. However, there is a 30% handling charge for if items are incorrectly ordered as well as extra delivery/collection costs.
Some products (including customised and special-order items) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Yes. Most new machines include a 1-year (i.e. 12 months) manufacturer’s warranty. Some industrial models may have extended warranties — see individual product listings or contact us for more details.

For ex-demo, pre-owned (i.e. used/second-hand), refurbished products then any warranty provided is at the discretion of the seller (please contact us for more details).
